Delete My Account

We're sorry to see you go.

When you request to delete your account, we will immediately deactivate your access and begin the deletion process.

Your account data, including personal information and uploaded content, will be retained for 30 days in a deactivated state. This grace period allows you to recover your account in case the request was made by mistake.

After the 30-day period, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile, settings, and any files, images, videos you have uploaded and all created Ads and Playlists.

If you wish to cancel the deletion request within this period, please contact support at help@adcast.app.

If you have an active subscription through the App Store / Google Play.

Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription directly from your device:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

• Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions

Once your subscription expires, your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
