AdCast Refund policy

Effective Date: 08/01/2025

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions which you accepted when signing up for AdCast LLC services.

1. Regular Subscription Refunds

Refunds for regular subscriptions are not issued except in the following cases:

a) Service Unavailability

  • Documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Not caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure events

b) Technical Issues

  • Platform bugs preventing access to core features
  • Must be reported within 30 days of the charge
  • Must be verified by our technical team

c) Billing Errors

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • Unauthorized transactions

d) Legal Requirements

  • Refunds provided as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are explicitly not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial or unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Plan downgrades
  • Feature unavailability during maintenance
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

3. Refund Process

Submit requests through one of the following:

Include:

  • Account email
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Processing time: 3 business days

4. Currency Processing

Supported Currencies

We process payments in local currency for:

  • United States (USD)
  • European Union (EUR)
  • United Kingdom (GBP)
  • Canada (CAD)
  • Australia (AUD)

For all other regions, charges will be processed in USD.

Currency Conversion

  • Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer
  • Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable
  • You may see foreign transaction fees on your statement
  • These are separate from AdCast LLC charges and not controlled by us

Note: While we do not charge additional fees for currency conversion, your bank or card issuer may. Please check with your financial institution for details.
